Static files hosted on Netlify, which keeps ordinary server logs under its own policy. Nothing is added on top of them and they are not read here.
No cookies are set. No fonts, scripts or images load from anywhere else, so no other company sees that you were here.
The visit count in the footer is stored in your own browser and never leaves it. Clearing browser data resets it. It is a counter for you; it cannot be seen from this end.

Photographs are examined where they already are. Nothing is copied, uploaded or transmitted, and the analysis happens entirely on the phone. There is no Minor Ministries server for it to talk to.

One exception, stated plainly: a photograph that lives in iCloud rather than on the phone is fetched through the system so it can be displayed. That is a connection between your device and Apple, for your own photograph.

Deleting the app deletes the catalogue. Your photographs are only ever read.

The Bureau has to ask the world what is near you, so unlike the Museum it does use the network. Filing an application sends a coordinate and a radius to:

OpenStreetMapOverpass API — nearby sites

Apple MapsPlace names to coordinates, and the map

Apple WeatherConditions at the moment of issue

WikipediaNearby articles, filed as Annex A

These requests carry a coordinate and nothing that identifies you — no account, no device identifier, no history. Each service is operated by someone else, under its own policy.
To avoid sending your actual position, type a place name into the form instead of using the location button. The Bureau surveys wherever it is told to.
A permit records the origin point it was issued for, so that coordinate sits in the case file you are carrying around on your device.
None of it reaches Minor Ministries, because there is no Minor Ministries server. Deleting the app deletes the case files.

Children

Nothing is collected from anyone, of any age, so there is nothing here that treats children differently. There is nothing to treat.

Changes

If any of this stops being true, this page changes first and the date at the top is updated. Questions go to desk@minorministries.com and are answered by hand.
