Museum of the Last Time
It finds nothing
It will not call something over until it has been silent for far longer than it was ever quiet, and it only hangs a place you genuinely went. A young library comes back empty. Try again in a few months.
It has grouped two different things together
Records marked attributed were assembled partly by resemblance, and can be wrong. Say so on the placard and the record is deaccessioned — kept and marked, rather than deleted.
It only shows one thing
By design. One acquisition a day, then the building closes. The full collection is open the whole time, under Collection.
Bureau of Liminal Affairs
My application was denied
The surveyed area returned too few registered in-between places. Widen the radius, or apply from somewhere slightly worse. Rural and newly built areas are thin on the ground; map coverage varies a great deal from place to place.
The survey offices are not answering
The public OpenStreetMap servers are busy or down. A second office is tried automatically. Waiting a few minutes and filing again usually works.
A site on my permit is gone
The map is contributed by volunteers and the world moves faster than the map. A payphone that is no longer there is, in the Bureau's view, still a finding.

Requests
Send them. The usual answer is no, and it is not a judgement on the idea — each department has a narrow remit and is protective of it. Most good suggestions would widen it.
